Charge Free Academic License Agreement

Software user (a licensee in continuation of the text), agrees to the
following terms and restrictions for the use of computer software
MAIN:

(1) The licensee has no right to give or sell the licensed
software in any form to any other person or institution.

(2) The program(s) will be used in academic and non-profit research
institutions. Personal use at home for non-profit purposes is allowed
too.

(3) Program usage will be cited in any publication of scientific
results where it was applied.  The current reference is: D.
Turk: Ph.D. Thesis, 1992, TU Muenchen.

(4) The licensor (S4SBL d.o.o., Povsetova 33, Ljubljana) is not liable
for any kind of mistake(s), errors or any possible damage caused by
the program(s) usage, including when they are a result of a program
bug or error.

(5) Violation of any of the above specified points terminates this
license agreement immediately.
